§ 9-10. Penalty.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000.00). Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
