§ 9. RESPONSIBILITY FOR PAYMENT OF IMPROVEMENT COSTS.

A.

On-site improvements. The subdivider shall bear the costs of all improvements inside his subdivision as required by this Ordinance.

B.

Off-site improvements. It is the responsibility of the developer to coordinate with the respective utility for all off-site improvements which may be economically justified or otherwise in the best interests of the subdivision and Village.
